Shipping

Who handles your shipping?

We ship from our Auckland base to all destinations in New Zealand using Courier Post. Once you have ordered with us you will receive an email which allows you to track your package all the way to your door for peace of mind.

What do you charge for shipping?

Nil, nada, nothing - we won't charge you a cent for shipping because we want to encourage you to get on top of your hair today, not worry about hidden extras like shipping costs. The price you see beside a product is the price you pay, that's it.

When should I expect my delivery?

We strive to dispatch every over received before 2pm on a work day that day. Over the weekends we are constrained by the couriers, who only pick up on business days. Once dispatched your order should be with you in two days. If you feel like you've been waiting around forever drop us a line via the handy email form above and we'll track it down for you.

What should I do if my treatment doesn't arrive?

First off, don't worry - we will make sure your treatment gets to you in a timely manner even if we have to hand deliver it ourselves! The first port of call is that you should have received a tracking code via email when your package was dispatched, you can use this email to check where your parcel is. Any problems at all then please drop us a line via our contact form and we'll get right on it.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no we are not set up to sell internationally. If you are from outside New Zealand, we hope you find the information on our site useful and feel free to drop us a line if you have any thoughts or queries.

Subscriptions

Why should I take out a subscription?

Subscriptions are a great way of getting into a healthy routine and getting on top of your hair loss. By using a subscription you ensure you receive the right amount, at a great discount delivered right to your door just when you need it. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time - it's your hair, you are in control.

Is a subscription tying me into anything?

Our subscriptions are there to encourage a healthy routine and to make life convenient for you, not tie you up in contracts and red tape. You are in full control, you can pause, change or cancel your ship subscriptions at any time via the customer portal on our site, the link you were emailed or by contacting us.

If I take out a subscription when will it start?

We strive to get orders out the same day so the idea is to get your treatment to you as quickly as the courier can drop it off. 

Privacy

Do you share my information with anyone?

We take your privacy seriously and will never share your information with unless legally required to do so. Under no circumstances will we pass on your information to third parties for marketing or any other nefarious reason. If you have any concerns please don't hesitate to contact us.

How do I close and delete my account?

You can close your account via the client portal at any time. If you want to make doubly sure then please contact us and we will ensure everything is scrubbed clean. We are here to help you, not bug or annoy you.
